Terms & Conditions — u baji Platform Rules and User Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between u baji and the User with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications, representations, warranties, and agreements, whether written or oral. No variation of these Terms shall be effective unless made in writing and published on the u baji platform.

The u baji platform is operated exclusively for entertainment purposes. Participation in casino games and sports betting involves financial risk, and u baji does not guarantee any return on funds wagered. All outcomes are determined by certified random processes or real-world sporting events, and past outcomes have no bearing on future results.

u baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform — including specific game titles, betting markets, promotional offers, or payment methods — at any time and without prior notice, provided that any such modification does not prejudice the rights of users with respect to funds already held in their accounts.

Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English-language version shall take precedence in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.

Interpretation

In these Terms, references to "the platform" include the u baji website, any mobile-optimised version thereof, and any native mobile application that u baji may publish in future. References to "funds" mean Bangladeshi Taka held in a user's u baji account balance. References to "games" include all casino titles, live dealer tables, crash games, instant-win products, and sports betting markets offered through the platform.

Headings are included for ease of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms. Any example given in these Terms is illustrative only and does not limit the scope of the provision to which it relates.

To access the full features of the u baji platform — including deposits, wagering, bonus participation, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge.

Accuracy of Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid mobile number. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. u baji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify u baji immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one u baji account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and all balances (including bonus funds and pending withdrawals) being forfeited. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must contact support immediately to resolve the situation.

Account Verification (KYC)

u baji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as required by responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. All users are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC may also be requested at other times at u baji's discretion, particularly where unusual account activity is detected. Accepted KYC documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card, passport, or government-issued birth certificate accompanied by a recent proof of address document issued within the last three months (such as a utility bill, bank statement from BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, or a mobile financial services statement from bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).

u baji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players in Bangladesh, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal festival promotions tied to events such as Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional terms specific to the promotion concerned.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register a u baji account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus funds or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Full wagering requirement details are stated on the welcome bonus promotion page. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible player once only. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once — whether through duplicate accounts or other means — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in wagering unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except through completion of the stated wagering requirements.
• u baji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed, and to modify the terms of any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses are not available to players using VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to misrepresent their location or identity.
• In the event that a bonus is credited in error, u baji reserves the right to reclaim the erroneously credited amount from the player's account balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds not used within the validity period will expire and be removed from the account.

Bonus Abuse

u baji employs automated and manual systems to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to convert bonus funds; collusion between multiple accounts; use of multiple accounts to claim a single bonus; and deposit-withdrawal cycling. Where bonus abuse is identified, u baji reserves the right to void all bonus-related winnings, close the affected account(s), and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Voluntary Closure

You may close your u baji account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary account closure, u baji will process any pending withdrawal of your real-money balance to your nominated payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Closure by u baji

u baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age;
• Discovery that the account holder is an excluded or banned player;
• Confirmed or suspected bonus abuse;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no login activity;
• Receipt of a legally binding instruction from a competent authority requiring closure of the account.

Where an account is closed by u baji due to a breach of these Terms, u baji reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Real-money funds confirmed as legitimately deposited will be returned to the player after deduction of any bonuses received and any winnings derived from fraudulent play.

Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for 12 or more consecutive months. u baji will notify inactive account holders by email before applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees, where applied, will not reduce an account balance below zero. Players who wish to reactivate an inactive account should contact support at [email protected].
